As a postdoctoral researcher at Aarhus University, I explore how plant epigenomics and microbiomes shape plant responses to environmental stresses. I integrate genomic, methylomic, transcriptomic, microbiomic, and metabolomic data to study plant functioning and adaptation. As a Villum Experiment Awardee, I focus on epigenetic shifts in plant-microbe interactions, using digital twin models to simulate plant responses, enhancing agricultural resilience and sustainability.
