NANOK field report 2026
The NANOK annual field report from North-East Greenland is now available in both Danish and English editions.
The North-East Greenlandic Company Nanok has successfully completed its 36th field season as planned. This year, only one Nanok field team operated in North-East Greenland. The team carried out tasks at Kap Hedlund, at the Ella Ø station, and in the surrounding Ella Ø area.
The field report also includes field reports from two major research groups - a team from the CIFAR-centre at Aarhus University and a team from GEUS - both of which used Nanok Station Ella Ø as their base for their fieldwork.
