Dear all,

We are pleased to invite you to an ECONOVO seminar featuring Ninad Bondre, senior sustainability editor at Cell Press, which publishes the high-impact journals One Earth and Joule and the open-access journals Cell Reports Sustainability and iScience.

Excellent science is necessary but not sufficient for publishing in highly selective journals. To enhance the chances of publication, it’s crucial to understand the editorial expectations and processes at such journals and develop a scientific narrative that conveys the significance of the research. Join us for a session where Ninad will provide tips on scientific writing and publishing with a focus on such journals.

Speaker: Dr Ninad Bondre, Senior Editor (Sustainability Research & Initiatives), Cell Press.

Ninad helps develop the sustainability-relevant journals and partnerships at Cell Press, and he is also a consulting editor for One Earth and Cell Reports Sustainability. Previously, he has held editorial and advisory positions with the Nature portfolio (he was a founding editor of Nature Geoscience) and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, among others. Ninad has worked closely with natural and social scientists as well as humanists and has written on diverse topics such as the Anthropocene and climate scepticism.
